Minimum Requirements:

- Recognized Bachelor Degree (Only Regular Course)

- Language Proficiency (Mandatory German and English)

- Motivation Letter from Parents or Legal Guardian

- Sponsor Letter from Two Directors/Principal

- Fresher Graduated preferred who have strong observation attitude and high potential research intellectual

Innovative Practitioners of PowerPoint Slides presentation, Spreadsheets design and Analysis, Document composing, Working on professional email, Content preparation in German and English Language. Excellent conversation and communication skills with public speaking (German and English) and group discussions abilities.

Strong understanding of learned Science, Engineering and Technical courses with strong foundation of Physics, Mathematics and other science/tech subjects.

A. Six Months Self Financed Training in Gurugram by German Delegation & Hiring Organization

B. Stipend € 800 Per Month (Or more) with Accommodation within Company premises

C. Permanent Residence Visa may be granted after Regular onboarding in 4th Year

Second (Confidential) Interview By:

Company Local Indian Delegation - Company's currently running and upcoming projects, business objectives and relevant information for this Internship. (Whole confidential information)

Third (Confidential) Interview By:

Company German Delegation - Core company policies, day to day work and life activities and other technical as well as local information of Germany. (Strictly confidential information)

Fourth and Final Interview and Assessment:

Written Test and Assessment of Practical Knowledge - To synchronize all your learned knowledge and practices in Foundation, Applied and Core Engineering, Science and Technical subjects.

Schedule Personal Interview Appointment (Fee ₹45,000) for all Four Rounds of Interviews/Examination/Assessment Process

Only Walk-in Interview Appointment is accepted for this purpose (Location: HCDS Technologies, 3rd Floor, Tower-B, Unitech Cyber Park, Sector-39, Gurugram 122002, Haryana). Kindly do not request or bargain for Virtual/Remote/Free Interview etc.

Presence of Parents/Guardian will be mandatory for First Two Rounds of Interview, No appointment without Parents or Guardian presence/consent.

Passport validity: Minimum 4 years or more (or Fresh Passport is recommended issued in 2021/2022/2023)

Special Note: 6 Months to 9 Months Self Funded Training in Gurugram by German and Indian Delegation of Hiring Company after Selection in all Four Rounds

Keep in mind:

Cost: Three Years Technical Internship in Germany definitely paid upto € 9,600 Per Year. All costs related to initial training and appraisal, travel, insurance, accommodation, and living expenses must be borne by either the interns/trainees or their sponsoring/academics institutions.

Visa: You will be responsible for obtaining and financing the necessary visas if required in any case.

Travel: You will arrange and finance your travel to the Business location where you will be an intern/trainee.

Medical insurance: You will be responsible for costs arising from accidents and/or illness incurred during the internship and must show proof of a valid major medical insurance coverage.

Confidentiality: You must be discreet and keep confidential any and all unpublished information obtained during the agreement of the internship and may not publish any documents based on such information. However, you, in legitimate consent with Mentor/Management, can post on social media yet specific content only.

Academic Credit: You may get academic credit from your institution of higher education for the internship/trainee pupilship. Check with your college/university to confirm their academic credit policy for internships.

Investment or Recruitment Fraud

Investment or recruitment fraud happens through unsolicited emails, text messages, phone calls and similar unsolicited communication, claiming to have projects/career opportunities/job offers from HCDS Technologies or request investment into/for HCDS Technologies. These are not legitimate. The fraudsters use fake websites and fake email addresses with our socio-economic business entity’s names, brands, or logos as part of the fraud. This is done without HCDS Technologies’s involvement, approval, or permission. The goal is for the fraudster to obtain your personal information or fetching money.

Examples of Recruitment or Investment Fraud:

Ask for medical examinations, consulting fee, caution money, visa fees, opening of bank accounts, hardware issuance and travel.

Ask for personal information, including name, address, phone number, Aadhar Card details, PAN card details, driver’s license, passport information, and bank account details.

Emails are usually sent by spoofing from free email accounts such as yahoo.com, gmail.com or hotmail.com or use oddly branded email addresses or domains with hyphens.

Contact through social media platforms, chat rooms, Whatsapp, Telegram, etc.

Use words like URGENT or IMMEDIATE ATTENTION REQUIRED, EARNINGS, DOUBLE YOUR EARNINGS, etc.

Supporting documentation is poorly worded or formatted and may include HCDS Technologies’s name, logo, or a distorted version of the same.

Most fraudsters usually share their personal bank account details, UPI or junk payment links

What should you do if you suspect Recruitment or Investment Fraud?

If you have received any communications with offers stated above, do not respond, keep all information and records, and contact your law enforcement agencies including your local police authorities and cyber-crime authorities for reporting purposes.
