Socially engaged marketing and human to human and business to customer relationship building

Branding the services/products on social media and digital marketing tools for better Synergies with prospective beneficiary

Administering 50 to 90 telephone calls to individual Prospectus to generate interest and commercial Leads in our Self Budgeted and Self Financed Internship Projects, Digital Transformation Resources, Business Growth strategy, Workplaces

Managing strategic accountability and regular conversations over social and technical platforms

Scheduling person meeting and ensuring event Participation appointment to show pre-paid and pre-sales products demonstrations

Assisting in closing the deals and administration of product delivery, installation, payment collections and documentations

Assisting the managing Partner and other seniors across all day to day activities not limited to but beyond these descriptions

Creating own executive presence across countryside with civil ethics, social services and community empowerment activities

Excellent use of YouTube/Linked-in/Facebook and Blogs to create and post endorsement videos of our services

You will better use of YouTube and Instagram to create and publish short video based on product experience and testimonials?

You must better use of People engaged marketing on person to person basis using Linked-in and Facebook?

You will be planning to arrange and manage Event/Expo/Exhibition/Summit/Seminar for product and services promotion publish the event multimedia over the social media platforms?

Preferred Qualifications

Understandings of Hadwin Smith Technopreneur Fellowship (HSTF), People Inclusion Operations Deployment process and Career & Business Summit or other events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives of stakeholders

Develop a Sales, Branding and Marketing strategy to enhance the product and event’s success

Commercial Relations building with current and future stakeholders to secure event sponsorship/participation/partnership/collaboration

Build strong relations with institutions, Schools and Universities to include students across Training and Internship Programs.

Source and negotiate with stakeholders to become active participants/sponsor

Arrange tickets for stakeholders and ensure time bound delivery of ticket sales/registrations

Lead all marketing activities for events, including print, digital marketing, advertising, contests, giveaways, etc.

Generate finest commercial Leads across advertising, sponsorship, and partnership activity

Secure resourceful speakers and presenters for events and ensure they are managed until the end.

Recruit, Include, Onboard and Direct minimum Four New Sales Trainees per month as Learner/Intern.

Direct the Sales Trainees and help them achieve their individual targets.

Selected candidates will be joining any Fellowship, Training or Mentorship program of Avocat Professional Institute by making advance Payment of applicable amount after deduction of sponsorship. Sponsorship upto 90% shall be granted on the basis of performance of Professional Assessment for Commercial Excellence (PACE) and Group Discussion with Technical Brainstorming (GD). Additional sponsorship may be considered for high deserving candidates on the basis of Personal Interviews (PI) with the Managing Partner.

Minimum payable amount after calculating 90% Sponsorship will be INR 45,000 Per Quarter and Maximum amount after calculating 60% sponsorship will be INR 1,80,000 Per Year. You can make 3 EMIs of quarterly payment of quarterly payment and 12 EMIs of annual payment.

(Minimum 60% Sponsorship will be granted after Selection in Professional Assessment for Commercial Excellence (PACE) that can be extended upto 90% in Group Discussion with Technical Brainstorming (GD) and final decision at Personal Interviews (PI).

Candidates will also get Program Certificate after 3 months (Based on their Domains) from Avocat Professional Institute and confirmed internship by HCDS Technologies under mentorship of Top -5 IT MNCs across 125 Freshers Internship Projects leading to full-time onboarding.
