Overview of MSIP 360:
The Multifunctional Student Internship Program (MSIP) is a comprehensive 360-day program designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in today's competitive job market. Through a combination of theoretical learning, practical projects, and mentorship, participants will gain a deep understanding of various business functions and develop essential soft skills.
Key Features of MSIP 360:
- Total Duration: 360 days (01-January-2025 to 31-December-2025)
- Net Duration/Days: 250 days (Monday to Friday between 01-January-2025 to 31-December-2025)
- Eligibility: 3rd and 4th-year undergraduate students, and 2nd-year postgraduate students
- Stipend: Total $360 USD at the end of the internship (To be paid $90 USD Per quarter in Indian Rupees)
- Project-Based Learning: Participants will work on 100 trainee projects throughout the program.
- Mentorship: Dedicated mentors will provide guidance and support throughout the internship.
- Career Development: The program will focus on developing essential career skills, including personal branding, networking, and interview preparation.
- Quarterly Certification: Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate of completion of each of 25 Tasks per quarter.

Weekly Assessment and Weekly Evaluation:
- Participants will be evaluated based on their performance in the 100 trainee projects, their contributions to team projects, and their overall engagement in the program.
- Regular assessments and feedback will be provided to help participants identify areas for improvement.
Weekly Reporting: Weekly Tuesday IST 8:00 PM to IST 9:00 PM and Weekly Live Online Review Meeting: Sunday (Mandatory)/Tuesday (Repeat)
Multifunctional Student Internship Program (MSIP 360) Policies:
- Commercial Hours: Minimum of 2.30 hours per day (or maximum depends upon your time management).
- Required Performance across Undertaken Tasks: Minimum is 90% and Maximum is Above 99%
- Mandatory Accuracy across Executed Tasks: Minimum is 90% and Maximum is Above 99%
- Multifunctional Student Internship Program (MSIP 360) Location: Purely Hybrid Mode (90% Remotely + 10% Optional Office).
- Equipment for Multifunctional Student Internship Program (MSIP 360): Bring your own laptop and necessary hardware.
- Confidentiality: Maintain legit confidentiality of all company information/internship and never reveal anything to outsiders without permission from the management.
- Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property will remain the property of the company and will be handed over to you after completion and certification.
- Termination: Company reserves the right to terminate the internship at any time on grounds of insincerity, breach of trust and confidentiality.
- Public Communication: You can not act like a spokesperson of the company during or after internship, any query or questions from any individuals via open social platforms or the general public must be brought into the notice of the company/management.
- Announcement of Achievements: Social Media Marketing team of HCDS Technologies can use your name, images, photography, social media links and achievements to further announce various updates on social media.
- Employment Benefits: This MSIP 360 does not classify under State HR Policies or Labour Laws. You will not get any employment benefits under State HR policy because this is a non-commercial internship with monetary reward. Constitutional Labour Acts, Wages, Payrolls and Attendance policies are also not applicable.
- Partnership Benefits: You will be eligible to get partnership benefits for referrals and you will be eligible for referral policy after 90 days. The referral policies and incentives shall be discussed after 90 Days or achieving SILVER Badge.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this internship will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws, arbitration and regulations in Gurugram (Haryana).
