Common Service Centres (CSCs) as an Approach to Bridge the Digital Divide

The objective of this project is to analyse the innovative Common Service Centres (CSCs) setup in India and identify strategies to effectively leverage them for delivering public services electronically to rural citizens and bridge the digital divide.

Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills

Ability to do internet research and interpret data

Basic knowledge of MS Excel tools like XLMiner to run statistical functions

Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau could be an advantage but not a limiting factor
